A graduate of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Patiala, with a background spanning civil litigation, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracting. Heads the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice — contract and recovery suits, MSME Act Section 18 claims, and arbitration matters — alongside its Regulatory & Compliance and DPDP Act advisory work.

A litigation practitioner with courtroom experience appearing under senior advocates, alongside a tenure with the Department of Legal Affairs, Ministry of Law & Justice, Government of India. Heads the firm's Mergers & Acquisitions practice, including due diligence and deal structuring, and its White Collar Crime & Investigations practice, advising on regulatory notices and internal investigations.

Heads the firm's Corporate & Commercial practice, advising on company incorporation and structuring, alongside commercial and vendor contracts.

Heads the firm's Banking & Finance practice, including loan and credit facility documentation and security creation advisory.

Heads the firm's Intellectual Property & Trademarks practice, with a litigation-focused approach to trademark search and registration, opposition proceedings, and enforcement matters.

Supports the White Collar Crime & Investigations practice, assisting on anti-corruption advisory, internal compliance reviews, and responses to regulatory notices.

Supports the Corporate & Commercial practice, working on shareholder and founder agreements, commercial contracts, and corporate governance advisory.

Supports the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, assisting with due diligence, share and asset purchase agreements, and joint venture documentation.

Supports the Banking & Finance practice, assisting on NBFC and financial regulatory advisory and recovery proceedings under the SARFAESI Act and other financial laws.

Leads HR and compliance for the firm — recruitment, onboarding, and people operations, including POSH and workplace policy compliance, as Ivory Slate Legal grows.

Supports the Intellectual Property & Trademarks practice, assisting with copyright and IP advisory alongside trademark filings.
